Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Contract Amendment between the County and County Material Partners, A Joint Venture, Chicago, Illinois. This amendment exercises the final renewal option under this contract to allow for continuity of the services for ongoing and future construction projects. Services included under this contract not limited to Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) material testing, inspection coordination, documentation, training and investigation/forensics of existing conditions or failures in new materials on as-needed basis.
