The Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways uses High Performance Bituminous Material -Cold Patch for filling potholes in road surface to provide safer riding surface to motorist. This specific contract will cover the Departments Maintenance Districts that are located in the southern part of Cook County (Orland Park-District 4 and Riverdale-District 5).
