PROPOSED RESOLUTION
PEGGY DEYNE RETIREMENT, HANOVER TOWNSHIP ASSESSOR’S OFFICE
WHEREAS, Peggy Deyne has worked in the Hanover Township Assessor's office for over 15 years; and
WHEREAS, Peggy has recently decided to retire; and
WHEREAS, throughout her time at Hanover Township, Peggy has built up her own following of taxpayers that trust her and will only work with her, which is a testament to her skills and value as a public servant; and
WHEREAS, Hanover Township residents will miss Peggy at her position terribly; and
WHEREAS, constituents of Hanover Township depend on their Assessor’s office and are grateful for their service and support; and,
WHEREAS, Peggy is looking forward to spending more time with her family and friends; and
WHEREAS, she is the loving wife to Ray; and
WHEREAS, Peggy is the mother to Raymond and Kris; and
WHEREAS, Peggy is grandmother to Brittany; and
WHEREAS, she is the great-grandmother to Adilynn; and
WHEREAS, Peggy Deyne also spends her time as a trustee on the Bartlett Public Library District; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County that the Board does hereby offer its congratulations to Peggy Deyne on her retirement from the Hanover Township Assessor's office; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and suitable copies be tendered to Peggy Deyne as she enjoys every day of her retirement.
