Summary:  The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Tinley Park. The County will be the lead agency for the construction and construction engineering for improvements along 175^th Street from Ridgeland Avenue to Oak Forest Avenue. The County will include installation, upgrade, and/or relocation of water main, force main, sanitary sewer, street lighting and landscaping for the Village as part of County’s construction contract for the project. The Village shall reimburse the County for its share of construction and construction engineering costs.
