Summary: Request for the Chief Procurement Officer to renew and increase the contract with Guidehouse, Inc. (f/k/a Grant Thornton Public Sector) for consulting services to assist DBMS in identifying a new budget planning and forecasting system for the County and assist DBMS through the RFP process to procure such new budget system. Additional funding has been added to the contract to allow for increased business process consulting related to improvements to various areas of budgetary processes ahead of the implementation of a new budget system for the County.
