Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed contract amendment between the County and Collins Engineers, Inc., Chicago, Illinois. This contract provides for services required to complete a preliminary engineering and environmental (Phase I) study for the Lehigh Avenue Bridge over East Lake Avenue Extension located in the Village of Glenview with an option for Phase II Design Engineering Services for project continuance.
