Summary: Through this contract, County agencies accept credit and debit card payments for taxes, services, fines, fees, etc. for a minimal service fee. Currently, these services are utilized by the Department of Revenue/OUP (lead), Cook County Treasurer, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sheriff, Cook County Clerk, Chief Judge, and Assessor's Office. Using agencies are working with the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer on a Request for Proposal which should issue early in FY2024. Additional County agencies wish to join this countywide contract and are also working on the RFP.
