Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Skokie. The Village will be the lead agency for Right-of-Way acquisition for Skokie Valley Trail Project within the Village limits between Dempster Street and Golf Road. The County will reimburse the Village for its share of Right-of-Way acquisition costs.
