Summary: Through this contract amendment, the Department of Revenue seeks to extend the License, Support and Maintenance of the Integrated Home Rule Tax Processing System (ITPS) software suite as well as to modify the scope to include upgrading the software to a newer version with enhanced functionality. The ITPS is a fully integrated accounting system with comprehensive financial reporting, case management, fully electronic audit workpapers, exception tracking, and online filing and payment capabilities.
