WHEREAS, the Dr. Willie Wilson Foundation (“Foundation”) is a registered not-for-profit corporation doing business in the State of Illinois and
WHEREAS, Foundation desires to donate to the Cook County Sheriff (“Sheriff”) a variety of sanitary napkins, valuing approximately $200,000 (hereinafter “Products”) for distribution detainees in the Cook County Department of Corrections (“CCDOC”); and
WHEREAS, Foundation has agreed to transfer the Products free and clear of all encumbrances and without any reimbursement or benefit to Foundation; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff intends to distribute the Products to CCDOC detainees, in addition to those sanitary products purchased by the CCSO and distributed as a component of essential services provided to detainees;

Failure to complete required community service hours shall result in an additional minimum penalty of $500.00.
