PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS BY COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Chapter 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS, Section 1-9 - Regulations issued by County departments is hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 1-9. - Rules and Regulations issued by County departments, agencies, and offices impacting the public at-large.
(a) Public facing Rules and Regulations issued to implement ordinances and resolutions enacted by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, as defined in Sec. 1-3 of Chapter 1 of this Code and issued by County departments, agencies and offices in accordance with this Code shall be transmitted to the Chair of the Cook County Rules Committee and posted on the County department, agency or offices web page at www.cookcountyil.gov at least County Clerk 10 days 30 days prior to taking effect, with the exception of emergency Rules and Regulations which shall be transmitted to the Chair of the Cook County Rules Committee Clerk and posted on the a | accept as substituted | Pass |
