Cook County Physical Records Compliance and Archives Ordinance. (a) Short title. This Division shall be known and may be cited as the Cook County Physical Records Compliance and Archives Ordinance. Cook County government will manage the security, retention, storage and disposition of its physical records, in all formats, in accordance with all applicable legal, regulatory and organizational requirements.
