Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this ordinance, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: Apparent natural death means the death of any person: a. seen by a physician during the six twelve months prior to death; or b. who had an active prescriptions in the twelve months prior to their death for a cardiovascular disease risk factor, cancer, or other natural disease capable of causing sudden death.
