Temporary equipment for reprocessing of construction and demolition material Sec. 30-389. Definitions. Reprocessable construction/demolition material or material shall mean broken concrete, bricks, rock, stone or paving asphalt generated from construction and/or demolition activities. The material shall not contain lead, asbestos or any other hazardous material of the type that renders recycling of such material illegal or impossible.
