Summary: This increase and one-year renewal will allow Siemens Industry, Inc., to continue providing maintenance services for the Sheriff's Office Video Surveillance System. The surveillance system is a complex-IP based network system that requires specialized service and personnel to diagnose the issues. The Contractor services include repairs, parts and labor of hardware/equipment and preventative maintenance/testing.
This contract will allow the Sheriff's Office to continue receiving specialized service to diagnose issues, conduct repairs, provide parts and labor of hardware/equipment and preventative maintenance/testing of the video surveillance system by one company.
