Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Amendment between the County and R.W. Dunteman Company, Addison, Illinois. On September 19, 2024, your honorable Body awarded a contract to R.W. Dunteman Company, Addison, Illinois for the aforesaid improvement to be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
The amendment accounts for changes associated with concrete pavement patching. Additional pavement patches, along with associated saw cutting, dowel bars, tie bars and curb & gutter were required to properly repair the roadway.
