Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully requests approval of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Palatine. The Village will be the lead agency for design engineering, construction and construction engineering to fill sidewalk gaps along the east and west sides of Quentin Road. The County will reimburse the Village for its share of design engineering, construction and construction engineering costs.
