Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully request the approval of the proposed Contract between Cook County and Hey and Associates, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of this contract consists of providing drainage-related reviews of County Highway Permit applications and project plans, reports, and studies; drainage investigations; environmental permitting; and maintenance and monitoring of wetland and riparian mitigation sites; on an as-needed task order basis at various locations throughout the County.
This contract is awarded pursuant to a publicly advertised Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in accordance with the Cook County Procurement Code. Hey and Associates, Inc. was selected based on established evaluation criteria.
