Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION HONORING THE LIFE OF THE LIFE OF DANNY BARLOW, IN MEMORIAM WHEREAS, Danny Barlow, was born on June 13, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, to his loving parents Marlene Barlow and Rapier "Ray" Bond; and WHEREAS, Danny was the oldest of both Ray and Marlene's children, Samuel, Sylvester, Derrick, Larry, and two younger sisters Cheryl, he was naturally the boss of everything; and WHEREAS, Danny accepted Christ into his life early on. He was baptized at Morning Star Baptist church at a very young age, and; WHEREAS, Danny began his formal education at Forestville Upper Grade Center followed by Dunbar high school, and was very active throughout his youth, taking on such activities as singing, tap dancing, JROTC and musical instruments including piano and bugle, and later trumpet and also wrestling and; WHEREAS, Danny was a true leader of men and excelled in JROTC achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and served in its highest ranking position as the Battalion Commander...

HONORING THE LIFE OF THE LIFE OF DANNY BARLOW, IN MEMORIAM

WHEREAS, Danny Barlow, was born on June 13, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, to his loving parents Marlene Barlow and Rapier "Ray" Bond; and

WHEREAS, Danny was the oldest of both Ray and Marlene's children, Samuel, Sylvester, Derrick, Larry, and two younger sisters Cheryl, he was naturally the boss of everything; and

WHEREAS, Danny accepted Christ into his life early on. He was baptized at Morning Star Baptist church at a very young age, and;

WHEREAS, Danny began his formal education at Forestville Upper Grade Center followed by Dunbar high school, and was very active throughout his youth, taking on such activities as singing, tap dancing, JROTC and musical instruments including piano and bugle, and later trumpet and also wrestling and;

WHEREAS, Danny met his high school sweetheart, Linda (predeceased), whom he married shortly after highs school and had two wonderful children, Danny and William, and;

WHEREAS, Danny, later in life, being the suave and debonair man that he was, met Marie and her merry clan of kids (Tyjuana, Jack, Cyrita, Lamar, Edward and Lawrence (predeceased), and;

WHEREAS, Danny then met his wife for life and had three more wonderful children Vernon, Daniel and Maria. Danny shares over 50 grandchildren and great grandchildren with his wife, and;

WHEREAS, Danny had a great job that enabled him to provide for his kids as a Union Carpenter with the Carpenters Union local 1185, a job that he was proudly active in until retirement, and;

WHEREAS, Danny loved laying tile and working on construction sites, he spent decades as a member of 1185 and helped hundreds join the union including his sons, grandsons and many friends Danny, and;

WHEREAS, Danny, ever the hard worker, established...
