Title: PROPOSED RESOLUTION WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Cook County Board of Commissioners that Georgia Antonopoulos is turning 99, born on August 4, 1925 and WHEREAS, Georgia Antonopoulos immigrated to the United States in 1950's and after marrying her husband, (the late) George in Greece settled in Chicago, and WHEREAS, Georgia and George Antonopoulos purchased a home on West 36th Street in the Bridgeport neighborhood, and WHEREAS, Georgia and George Antonopoulos raised 3 children, Gus, James and Helen, and WHEREAS, Georgia is the loving grandmother to 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren, and WHEREAS, Georgia worked at Ramova Theatre for many years, even painting the theatre when it needed it. Georgia was an avid gardener and also would stop in stores to greet owners and employees on her daily walks. BE IT RESOLVED that the Cook County Board of Commissioners does hereby extend its warmest wishes and congratulations to Georgia Antonopoulos on her 99th Birthday,...

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and an official copy of same be presented to Georgia Antonopoulos to commemorate this joyous occasion.
