Summary: The Department of Transportation and Highways respectfully request approval of the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Village of Arlington Heights. The Village will be the lead agency for design engineering services for improvements along Euclid Avenue Resurfacing Project. The County will reimburse the Village for one hundred percent (100%) of actual design engineering costs associated with the traffic signal replacement at Euclid Avenue and Wike Road, estimated County share $27,500.00; one hundred percent (100%) of actual design engineering costs associated with the drainage investigation, estimated County share $20,000.00; and sixty percent (60%) of the remaining actual design engineering costs for the Project, estimated County share $204,000.00. The estimated total County share under this Agreement is $251,500.00 under Cook County Section: 23-A5912-00-PV.
