HONORING K + P ADVISORY, LLC DURING WOMEN'S SMALL BUSINESS MONTH
WHEREAS, October is recognized nationally as Women's Small Business Month, celebrating the vital contributions of woman-owned enterprises to our economy and communities; and
WHEREAS, K + P Advisory, LLC is a distinguished woman-owned consulting firm headquartered in Cook County's Second District and led by Ayse Kalaycioglu, a seasoned professional with decades of experience in owner's representation, project management, and strategic advisory services; and
WHEREAS, K + P Advisory has emerged as a trusted partner to governments, nonprofits, and private sector clients across the state, providing tailored strategies that bridge the gap between policy, people, and progress; and
WHEREAS, K + P Advisory is proud to be certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and is deeply committed to advancing equity through inclusive strategic planning and tangible community impact; and
