PROPOSED RESOLUTION
NICK J. PERISIN, IN MEMORIAM
WHEREAS Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called Nick J. Perisin from our midst, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was the loving husband of Catherine (nee Marino), and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was the dear father of Juliana (Charles DiCaro), Laura (John) Perseghin, Rita (Chris) Johnston, Patricia (Andy) Sperando, Michaelina (Jerry) Considine, Cathi (Peter) Wilki and Nick II (Paula) Perisin, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was the dear son of the late Fritz and Juliana Perisin, and
WHEREAS, Nick J. Perisin was the beloved son in law of Dom and Lena Marino, and
WHEREAS, Nick J. Perisin was the adored Papa of Terese (Martin), Adam, Miles, Alexandra, Joseph (Melanie), Evan, Jerry, Lena (Sean), Lizzy, Dominick, Madeline, Jessica, Nicholas III, Barbara, Andrew, Catherine, Mary and Peter, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was the great Papa of Charlotte, Fritz and Nicolette, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was the dear brother of Mary (the late Ed) Vucinic and the late Peter (Sylvia) Perisin, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was the devoted brother in law of Chuck (Patricia) Marino, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was a member of the Club Sinj, the Old Neighborhood Italian American Club St. Albert the Great Council #3935 and former member of IAC, Club Poljica and the Gabrics Club, and
WHEREAS Nick J. Perisin was a State Farm agent for over 54 years, and
WHEREAS all who knew him will attest that Nick J. Perisin was a kind and compassionate man, virtuous of character and gentle in spirit, admired and respected by his many friends and neighbors, and dearly loved by his family, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County that the Board does hereby offer its deepest condolences and most heartfelt sympathy to the family and many friends of Nick J. Perisin, and joins them in sorrow at this time of loss, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and a suitable copy of same be tendered to the family of Nick J. Perisin, that his memory may be so honored and ever cherished.
