PROPOSED RESOLUTION
ELENORE PERMINAS, IN MEMORIAM
WHEREAS Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called Elenore Perminas from our midst, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was the loving wife of the late Paul, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was the dear mother of Aaron (Deborah), David (Nadine) and Paul (George) Savarese, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was adored grandmother of Asher (Shannon), Molly (Seth), Dana (Pat), Carly (Dan) Julie (John), Mallory (Michael), Elliot and Page, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was the cherished great-grandmother “GG” of Scarlett and Violet, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was the devoted daughter of the late Alois and Terez Macejak, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was the dear sister of the late John, Albert, Edward, James, Ann and Robert Macejak and fond sister-in-law of Mickey Kowalsky, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was a loving aunt and cherished friend and acquaintance to many, especially the neighbors on 38th & Lowe Avenue, and
WHEREAS Elenore Perminas was a dedicated and devoted parishioner of the Nativity of Our Lord Parish, and
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County that the Board does hereby offer its deepest condolences and most heartfelt sympathy to the family and many friends of Elenore Perminas, and joins them in sorrow at this time of loss, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this text be spread upon the official proceedings of this Honorable Body, and a suitable copy of same be tendered to the family of Elenore Perminas, that her memory may be so honored and ever cherished.
