PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RULES OF ORGANIZATION AND PROCEDURE FOR THE COOK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Chapter 2 - ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE II. - President of the County Board, Section 2-41. - President is hereby amended and reinstated as follows:
Sec. 2-41. - President.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Chapter 2 - ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE III. - County Board, Section 2-71. - Definitions is hereby enacted as follows:
Sec. 2-71. - Definitions
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Chapter 2 - ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE III. - County Board, Division 1. is hereby amended and reinstated in its entirety as follows:
Sec. 2-72. - President Pro Tempore.
Sec. 2-73. - County Commissioner, Code of conduct.
Sec. 2-74 - County Commissioner, Vacancy in Office
Sec. 2-75. - Clerk of Board; printed proceedings of County Board.
Sec. 2-76. - Secretary to the Board of Commissioners
Section 2-77 - Fiscal impact review.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Chapter 2 - ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE III. - County Board, Division 2. is hereby amended and reinstated entirety as follows:
